My first in a series of classes over the next several weeks. I'll be sharing with you new ways to transform envelopes, and envelope styles of various sizes into wonderful, spacious, and useable mini albums. I will also be sharing various techniques and styles I use in the process of putting together my mini albums. The class is at 6:00 pm EST tonight. Times will vary from week to week. I will have them posted ahead of time on my ustream channel.
I will be working with 6x6 decorative papers tonight. So grab all of your goodies and meet me there tonight!
The video below is the project we will be working on tonight :0)

Hello and welcome to The Scraps of My Life! I am finally trying to get back to my sorely, neglected blog. I am giving it a bit of a new ...
Oh no! That's going to be past my bedtime tonight! Oh dear! :o( Daytime classes are needed, my friend...daytime classes! lol Now worries! Just don't forget to hit that record button please! I REALLY don't want to miss this one! I think I'm going to be spending all next week with you! lol...Nancy :o)
ReplyDeleteHi Julie! Just want to say I am SO-ooo VERY inspired by your work!.. I am only a rookie right now, just getting her feet wet in the art of scrapbooking; but so far, I'm loving every minute of it! Circumstances as they are, I can only afford a few materials at a time, and I have to wait for the materials with a great deal of patience, as I have to order them online, then wait for them to arrive here. Funny how I'm not too crazy for the mailman with all the bills, but I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that UPS man with all my scrapbooking supplies!!!.. Anyways, I'm a bit of a slow worker, so it all works out o.k... I am amazed to hear people say they can get a mini album done in TWO NIGHTS! Even with a kit all put together for me, I'm not sure if I could ever do that! Right now, I am just starting a paper bag mini for myself, AND I'm throwing some very simple TP roll mini album kits together for friends for Valentines Day! I look forward to visiting with you again here on your blog, and at either YouTube or Ustream. Have a great weekend! ~tina
ReplyDeleteGuess what, Julie? I was up early this morning and I found some time to watch your U-Stream class from last night! Thank you so much for recording it! Your little mini album design is fantastic and I started putting one together today! I just love it! You were right...some people would have been very upset if you had forgotten to hit that "record" button! Can't wait to see what you come up with next! :o)
